If you want to relax in pregnancy, take time out and practice breathing techniques for birth and prepare for birth, this 4 week group course you will enjoy total relaxation through mindful breathing exercises. There are no expectations, no judgement and it is a totally safe space for you.
Suitable from 24 weeks of pregnancy, connect with your baby and your body. Make new mum friends in the local area, whether this is your first or next baby.

There is time for light refreshments (provided) and group discussions to connect with other mummy's.
This course is the perfect addition an A Mother World Hypnobirthing course, or just for you to take time out for you.
Classes are held on Tuesday evenings at the A Mother World Hub in Warfield, Bracknell.
The course isn't available as pay as you go as you build friendships with other mummy's to be (you're added to a WhatsApp group!) which allows you to fully relax without starting again each week, building connections. It's about trust, sharing, supporting, new friendship and relaxation.
