Venue Hire in Berkshire
The A Mother World Hub is a lovely small venue for hire, located at Moss End Garden Centre, in a popular location in Berkshire.
Within easy distance of Wokingham, Bracknell, Ascot, Maidenhead, Slough, Henley on Thames etc, there is plenty of free parking onsite and a lovely café, as well as lots of other independent business.
The Hub is available for you to hire on an hourly basis for your workshops, classes, courses and appointments. A private space which is yours for the whole booking. Included in the hire cost is 15mins either side for set up and down, all fees, and sole use of the venue without interruption and with your own access. Includes Wifi, use of a projector, projector screen, speakers, use of yoga mats, cushions and a TV for smaller presentations, small sink, 6x chairs, 1x 2 seater sofa, all utilities (water, electricity, heating).
The space is also available for your small baby shower venue and we can arrange a gorgeous afternoon tea for your event.

Hire the Hub: Terms & Conditions
A booking confirms you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- The hirer has public liability insurance
- The hirer will treat the space with respect and ensure care is taken
- The hirer is responsible for leaving the space as it was found, ensuring clean and tidy, with any equipment put away (unless agreed otherwise)
- Any damages to be paid for by the hirer
- Applications will not be accepted from persons acting on behalf of a third party unless this is declared at the time of the application.
- The Hirer must honestly declare and fully represent at the outset the purpose for hiring the Event Space. Any actual or apparent misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation.
Payment: Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking. If payment is not made, your booking will be cancelled. If there are any problems with pay, please do not hesitate to contact Sophie.
Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact Sophie as soon as possible. See below for cancellation refund policy:
Cancellation 14 days before booking: Full refund
Cancellation 13-7 days before booking: 50% refund
Cancellation under 7 days before booking: 0% refund

In the unlikely even that A Mother World needs to cancel a booking, a full refund will be given, and a 25% discount on one future booking. A Mother World Ltd accepts no liability for any deemed financial or reputational loss.
Your booking includes: Free parking, Keyless access, Utilities (water, electricity, heating), WiFi, yoga mats, 8x cushions, 6x chairs, 1x 2 seater sofa, Kettle/Cups/Plastic Glasses/Water Jug, Twinkly Lights, Battery Tea Lights, Diffuser.
Payment: An invoice will be sent shortly. Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.
