Hypnobirthing courses near Wokingham
When I gave birth in 2016, I did what many do - I bought a cheap, generic online hypnobirthing course and thought I had it all figured out. But when the day came, I felt overwhelmed, unprepared, and out of control. I didn’t realise I had choices. What followed was a traumatic experience, and the lack of support afterward left me feeling lost.
But I’ve always believed - if you don’t like something, change something.
So when I became pregnant again in 2019, I made a promise to myself. This time, I truly understood hypnobirthing. I practised it fully. I went into labour feeling informed, grounded, and connected to my body.
I made decisions that were right for me and my baby. And although the birth wasn’t “perfect,” it was mine.
I felt calm. I felt strong. I felt empowered. And so did my birth partner.
That's why I am so passionate about supporting you, whenever you need me.
Your small group Hypnobirthing Workshop is very relaxed. I only teach small groups (maximum of 3 birth teams) so I can really get to know you, you feel comfortable, and you can meet other birth teams in a similar positon.
Group classes are held at the A Mother World Hub at Moss End Garden Village 10.00am - 2.30pm. There is time for a 30 minute lunch break (lunch not included but there is a wonderful Italian Deli and Robyn's Nest Café onsite, or bring your own.)
